Refund & Reschedule Policies - Please review the refund policy for the course option you purchased. To request a refund or reschedule for purchases within the policies below, please email your request to info@equalityinarms.com or text your request to 407-900-1418.
Pre-scheduled Group Classes - Applies to dated classes organized and scheduled by EIA.
(Refund Policy): Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations occurring after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund but will be entitled to a reschedule within 1 year from the purchase date. Less than 1 hour notice from class time will result in a forfeit of the funds paid for the course*. Partial refunds may be requested if the number of attendees changes as long as the proper notice is given.

Virtual Learners - Applies to virtual classes scheduled by EIA or by the Customer.

In-person Private groups - Applies to group classes scheduled by the customer for groups of 3 or more people which requires classroom rental at the training venue.

Cancellations after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund but will be entitled to a reschedule within 1 year from purchase. Less than 1 hour notice from class time will result in a forfeit of the funds paid for the course*. Partial refunds may be requested if the number of attendees changes as long as the proper notice is given.
In-person Private Groups of 3+ (Reschedule policy): Notice of reschedule must be received at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment to be eligible to reschedule. Cancellations occurring after the deadline will not be eligible for refund or reschedule (see Forfeited Packages)*.
*Forfeited packages for any course option may be reinstated for a fee of $20 per learner. Reinstated course packages can be rescheduled within 6 months from the reinstatement date. Room rental surcharge for private groups of 3+ is non-refundable for late notices.
Donations Policy – Equality In Arms Defensive Training LLC
Nature of Donations:
Donations made to Equality In Arms Defensive Training LLC (EIA) are considered gifts to the company unless explicitly stated otherwise. EIA is a for-profit business and not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As such, donations are not tax-deductible.Event-Related and Conditional Donations:
Donations made in connection with a specific event, raffle, or giveaway are eligible for a refund upon request until the date of the scheduled event.
Refunds are not automatic and must be explicitly requested by the donor.
If a donor fails to attend the event or does not provide prior notice of cancellation, the donation is forfeited and non-refundable.
Use of Donations:
Donations to EIA may be used at the sole discretion of the company, its officers, and authorized partners to further the mission of providing high-quality firearms training and related services to communities in need. While EIA strives to use donations responsibly, donors do not have control over how their contributions are allocated.Legal Compliance and Transparency:
EIA does not engage in charitable solicitation and does not claim to be a nonprofit organization.
Donors acknowledge that their contributions do not entitle them to any ownership, membership, or decision-making authority within the company.
By making a donation, donors agree to these terms and understand that funds will be used to support the business operations and initiatives of EIA.
